I don't even know where to start, but if I could give 10 stars, I would. Dr. Bienstock and his entire team are exceptional, from the receptionists to the anesthesiologist, who was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel so safe. From the very first consultation, Dr. Bienstock understood exactly what I was looking for. I told him, 'I don't want them huge, I don't want lungs,' and most importantly, I put the decision of the implant size in his hands. I have zero regrets! My sutures are perfect, and my recovery has been smooth, especially considering I had a lift. Every time I had a question during my recovery, they responded quickly and always with such a human touch. What matters most is that up until the very last minute, Dr. Bienstock made sure I was getting exactly what I asked for. I couldn't be happier. I’m 32, and my girls look better than ever, I love them! Funny history: When I woke up from surgery, I asked for a cookie and Jennifer actually got me one. I loved that!
